Gameday Visits

Gameday Visits

We look forward to hosting you on our campus as the Mercer Bears continue to create the tradition. Outside of winning our game, the most important thing for our program is that all of our recruits are taken care of and leave Mercer University with an indication of the tradition, values, and people that make Mercer one of the most distinctive institutions of higher learning in the entire country.

We ask all recruits to meet us at Drake Field House, inside the stadium, 2 hours before the posted game time. This will allow time for our coaches, recruiting staff, and compliance staff a chance to visit with you and get you checked in properly. Head Coach Bobby Lamb will address all recruits and families with a quick overview of Mercer Football's status and core values, followed by a brief tour of our field house, as well as an opportunity to go on the field for pre-game warm ups.

What we need YOU to do:

Please email your recruiting coach the names of who will be attending the game with you (what they go by) and their relationship to you. Also please click on this link and fill out the information boxes for the pass list. Please make sure spelling is correct and that if you are bringing more than 2 guests they will need to purchase a ticket per NCAA Rules. On game day each member of your party must show a picture ID.

Here's how to find us:

Mercer University is located at 1400 Coleman Ave, Macon GA 31207. The best way to get to the stadium if traveling on I-75 is to get off at exit 163 and turn left if exiting I-75 South, right if exiting I-75 North. Attached you will also find the campus parking and traffic map. Due to NCAA restrictions we cannot designate an area specifically for recruits, so we suggest you park in the orange parking areas on the map.

Help & Late Arrivals:

If you have any trouble finding us or you are running behind due to traffic or other circumstances don't hesitate to call 478-301-2713 to notify our recruiting staff of your issue so we can help, or call your recruiting coach. If you cannot make it before the game to the recruiting presentation please call or just sign in at the pass gate tent located at Gate 3 on the home side of the stadium to receive your complimentary tickets (Look for the signs at the bottom of the concrete staircase).

Important NCAA Stuff:

Individual recruits may receive up to three complimentary admissions per contest and each prospect and guest will have to sign a pass list for admissions. Outside the three complimentary tickets prospects or parents will have to pay general admission for tickets. Please be aware tickets are in high demand so please notify us immediately if you intend on purchasing tickets for brothers, sister or friends outside the three complimentary tickets.
